Presentation times

Keynote talks: 50 minutes in total: 40 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for discussion.

Invited sessions: 20 minutes for each talk: 17 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.

Contributed sessions: 15 minutes for each talk: 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for discussion.

Presentation files

All speakers are required to upload their presentation file in advance to a dedicated Google Drive folder. Speakers will receive an email with a link to the folder where they must upload their presentation no later than the day before their scheduled presentation.

Presentations will be run from the local computers provided in the conference rooms. For this reason, speakers will not be allowed to use their own laptops.

PDF format is strongly recommended. PowerPoint files are also accepted.

Presentations must be prepared and delivered in English.
