In order to participate in the conference as a speaker for oral presentations, submission of an abstract is mandatory. Submission of the Pre-Conference Springer proceeding does not replace the abstract submission. Authors who have submitted the proceeding are still required to submit the abstract separately. For the poster session, please see the specific guidelines.

Registration

  • Early registration deadline: May 8th, 2026 (23:59 CET)
  • Standard registration deadline: June 15th, 2026 (23:59 CET)
  • Late registration: after June 15th, 2026 (23:59 CET)

Pre-Conference Springer Proceedings

  • Deadline for submission of pre-conference proceedings: January 31st, 2026 (23:59 CET)
  • Notification to authors of pre-conference proceedings: March 1st, 2026
  • Deadline for submission of revised pre-conference proceedings: March 15th, 2026 March 22nd, 2026

  • Notification to authors of single abstracts: March 31st, 2026 April 15th, 2026
  • Deadline for poster submissions: May 29th, 2026 (23:59 CET)

Special Issue – Advances in Data Analysis and Classification

  • Submission deadline: October 31st, 2026 (23:59 CET)
  • Notification to authors: March 1st, 2027 (tentative).
  • Final papers: May 31st, 2027 (tentative).
  • Manuscripts should be submitted using the “Submit manuscript” button on the ADAC website, leading to the electronic submission system of the journal.
  • All manuscripts submitted to this Special Issue will undergo the classical double-blind reviewing process of the journal.

Special Issue – Journal of Classification
