Authors should follow the minimum standards as set out in the Springer Book Publishing Policies, including the Code of Conduct for Book Authors, AI Policies and Guidance, and the Third-Party Material Guidance, to adhere to the publishing standards before submitting their manuscript.
We are committed to providing publication before the conference starts. To achieve this, we will follow the Springer fast-track production route. Please note:
- All contributions must be prepared using the Springer proceedings templates. Instructions for proceedings authors and editors, as well as the LaTeX and Word templates, are available on our website and related conference proceedings pages.
- For each accepted contribution complete source files (LaTeX / Word files, figure files, etc., preferably also an Excel file with alt texts for figures) and a reference PDF are required for production.
- Fully completed and signed License to Publish Contributor Agreements for all accepted contributions must be present at handover to production.
The License to Publish Agreement, third-party material declaration, disclosure of interests and other declarations are integrated in the Meteor platform at the final manuscript submission stage (see the Meteor guide).
- Chapter proofs will be sent to corresponding authors only to ensure that no errors occurred during typesetting. Updates to the papers are not accepted at this stage. A reply is expected within 3 days; if no reply is received, approval is considered implicit.
