IFCS Research Medal for Outstanding Research
An international medal awarded to a senior researcher for exceptional, long-term contributions to classification, clustering, data science, and related fields.

Chikio Hayashi Award
An award recognizing promising young researchers (ages 30–34) for high-quality work in classification, clustering, and related fields.

Helga and Wolfgang Gaul Stiftung Award
An award honoring an outstanding young researcher (under age 30) demonstrating strong potential in classification, clustering, and related areas.

Student Paper and Travel Award
An award recognizing graduate students and postdoctoral fellows (under age 30) for original methodological research or novel applications in classification, clustering, and related fields.

Student Poster Session Competition Award
An award recognizing graduate students for innovative research and novel applications in classification, clustering, and related topics through poster presentations.
